About Simple Impact NOW

Simple Impact was founded in San Rafael, California — born out of a high school sailing program and a deep commitment to preserving the San Rafael Canal. The local waterways that inspired us remain the heart of our mission, and San Rafael will always be the home we are working to protect.

Our founding team members are currently pursuing degrees at leading universities, including UC Davis, the University of Southern California, and others, bringing new knowledge and skills back to the mission. Though we are temporarily spread across different campuses, our roots and our commitment to San Rafael remain strong. As our team reunites, we are preparing to accelerate our efforts and expand our impact. We invite you to be part of this movement and grow with us.
